1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Here is how cancellations work on our platform:
- Task Participation: Users are free to start or stop participating in surveys, offers, or tasks at any time. There is no penalty or fee for cancelling participation in a task midway, though rewards are only credited upon successful completion.
- Pending Requests: If you have placed a request for a service (such as a withdrawal or recharge) that is currently in a "Pending" status, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team immediately. However, once the status changes to "Processed," "Approved," or "Success," the request cannot be cancelled.
- Account Deletion: Users have the right to cancel their registration with Oroxo Money at any time. You may request the deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us or using the delete option within your profile settings.
2. Refund Policy
Oroxo Money processes refunds under specific circumstances to protect user interests:
A. Rejected Withdrawals
If a withdrawal request (Payout) is rejected by our Admin team due to incorrect bank details, suspicious activity, or any other valid reason, the deducted wallet balance will be credited back (refunded) to the user's Oroxo Wallet immediately. No cancellation fee will be charged for rejected withdrawals.
B. Double Deductions
In the rare event of a technical glitch where a transaction amount is deducted twice for a single service, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source (Wallet or Bank Account) within 5-7 working days after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- If a user provides incorrect bank account or UPI details for a withdrawal, and the transaction is successfully processed to that wrong account.
- If a survey or task was completed but rejected by the third-party offerwall provider due to quality issues or fraud detection.
- Once a digital service (like a successful gift card delivery) has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Timeline for Processing Refunds
Processing refunds depends on the nature of the transaction:
- Wallet Refunds (Internal): Instant to 24 hours.
- Bank/UPI Refunds (External): 5-7 business days, depending on the banking partner's processing time.
