Joining Oroxo Money is completely free. We do not charge any subscription fee or hidden charges for creating an account.

2. Service Charges

While earning is free, certain administrative charges apply during withdrawals to cover platform maintenance and tax compliances:

Task Participation: FREE (No charges for taking surveys).
Wallet Maintenance: FREE.
Withdrawal Deduction: A standard deduction of 15% applies on withdrawal requests. This includes:
- 5% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source as per Govt. norms).
- 10% Admin & Processing Fee (To cover payment gateway and server costs).

3. Refund Policy

Since we do not charge for registration, there are no refunds applicable for membership fees. However, for deductions related to failed recharges or rejected withdrawals, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
